Aware’s Ecosystem Hub Acceptable Use Policy

I. Aware’s ecosystem hub

The primary purpose of Aware’s Ecosystem Hub is to provide an environment where current and prospective partners can learn more about the benefits of Aware’s partner program. The Ecosystem Hub also provides a members-only section for current Aware partners to access a wide array of marketing and training materials. Members also have access to a discussion forum.

II. USE OF public facing ecosystem hub materials

All use of the public facing Ecosystem Hub shall be governed by Aware’s Data Security & Privacy Policy: https://www.aware.com/dataprivacy/

III. Access to member only sections

Access to and use of the marketing, training and other materials available to you as an Aware partner are governed by this Acceptable Use Policy, Aware’s Data Security & Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions contained within your underlying contract with Aware.

By Accessing the Aware’s Ecosystem Hub you understand and agree that any materials made available to partners are considered confidential and proprietary to Aware and cannot be copied, distributed or otherwise used except for in the normal course of business pursuant to your underlying contract with Aware.

IV. Forum Use

By participating in the Forum, you agree to the following:

  • You will not post any material that is knowingly false, misleading, inaccurate or cannot be substantiated.
  • You will not post any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable.
  • You will not behave in an abusive manner, and will not harass, threaten nor attack anyone.
  • You will not post material that is clearly outside of the stated topic nor disrupt others’ use of the site by, for example, deliberately posting repeated or irrelevant material or copies of identical material.
  • You will not use the site in a manner that adversely affects the availability of its resources to other users.
  • You will, if asked by an Aware representative, cease posting any content deemed to breach these terms by the site’s moderators.
  • You will not use the forum for your own commercial gain by advertising your own organization’s services or products.
